Better conditions in the elderly area!
Although we have many good and efficient staff in the field, standardization is a big problem. And that people work part-time, because the workload is far too heavy.
The municipality should stop looking for people to work reduced hours. We must get the right standardization, so that the elderly receive the best care and nursing. There is also a possibility of giving the temporary employees permanent jobs.
According to people who work in the field, they prefer, if visited was by weight - and not by population. There can be used an APV (workplace culture).
It is also very important that all working conditions are satisfactory. And m.a. should it be a requirement that all rooms MUST have a ceiling lift!
Let's show our elderly, and the wonderful staff who work there, the respect they deserve. Let us give the elderly the right priority.
We do this by electing a strong Fólkaflokkurin to the city council of the Municipality of Tórshavn.
